Freedom Sisters & Suffragists
A production by Dr. Georgette Grier-Key
presented by the Oyster Bay Historical Society
On Friday evening, August 18, the Oyster Bay Historical Society will present a special celebration of the centennial of women's right to vote in New York State. We invite you to take part in the program by reading a short passage from the writings of influential women in American history. A complete list of subjects appears here on the 2017 Reading List.
If you would like to read that evening, please let us know. Participants will be chosen on a first-come-first-served basis. Reader registration closes on July 12, so please don't wait!
To register as a reader, please contact the Society at 516-922-5032, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
